It sounds like an awesome deal, being able to adjust people's volume levels individually and such, but I didn't know I was going to have to do some kind of a download to use Vent.... Maybe naive of me, but this is the only MMO I have ever played, so I'm not familiar with that kind of stuff. It seems like more of a hassle than it's really worth, and I feel bad about that because I know I was one of the people who said they thought it was a good idea in the beginning when you were asking around about paying for the account. I think my computer would have a nervous breakdown having to run another program in the background while my LOTRO client was up, especially if I was in a raid or something, which it can barely handle in the first place...
